Ingredients:
½ kg okra (bhindi)
1½ tbsp dhania powder
1½ tbsp cumin powder
1½ tbsp dried mango powder
1½ tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp oil
2 chopped onions
Method of Preparation:
Trim the okra (bhindis) and make a slit in each one of them.
Mix all the ingredients mentioned above and fill into each bhindi.
Cook oil and onions in a microwave dish, for 3 minutes.
Add the bhindis to the content in the microwave and cook for 10 minutes till the bhindis look tender.
Serves: 4
