Ingredients
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp peanut or coconut oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated and peeled
½ red capsicum, cut into 2.5cm pieces
4 spring onions, cut into 5cm pieces
2 tangerines, cut into quarters (skin can be left on)
500g duck breast, cut into 1½ cm-thick strips
3 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 cups broccolini, cut into 5cm pieces
½ cup water
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions
Pour oils in a frypan and heat on medium. Add garlic and ginger and mix well for 1 minute. Add capsicum, onions, tangerines and duck, and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often. Add soy sauce, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes. Add broccolini, water, sea salt and black pepper. Cook for 8 to 10 additional minutes, stirring often. Remove duck and place in a dish. Top with remaining ingredients.
