Steps to do Shankh Mudra

Sit in Vrijasan and use right hand thumb next part keeping with small finger of hand and with closed hand and keep it away as much as your left haand four fingers are of size as shown in picture.

Now Keep Right hands on right side of nose and close nose right side completely.

Start Breathing with mouth and close mouth as air is full in stomach.

Now outhale with voice of OO OO  OO OO OO OM.

At time of Outhale do stomatch inside.

Do the same now with another side of nose next time.

Continue it for 5 minutes with rotating left side and right side.

This is also called as Bhedi Pranayam
