Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
3 cups (450 g) of cut mixed vegetables (potatoes, sweet pepper, onions and peas)
1 jar (335 mL) Kitchen of India Sauce

Method of Preparation:
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet and sauté 3 cups (450 g) of cut mixed vegetables (potatoes, sweet pepper, onions and peas) for about 5 mins on high. Add 1 jar (335 mL) of Kitchen of India Sauce, bring to boil and then simmer covered with occasional stirring until vegetables are cooked, about 35-40 mins. Add water during cooking for desired consistency.
